WHAT MY WORK IS ABOUT
The term relaxation is as diverse as yoga or jazz.
Everyone has their own definition and idea of it. The palette is pretty colorful; from sports, reading books, massages, a few glasses of red wine, singing, dancing, sex, autogenic training, mindfulness, meditations, silence, breathing and much more.
Some of it, in my opinion, is not a real relaxation but rather another form of distraction to escape the constantly rotating thought carousel (monkey mind).
However, the better we learn to relax completely and not follow the constant impulses (thoughts, feelings, body perceptions), the closer we come to our true nature.
Self-healing powers are activated, old patterns are dissolved and we gain access to a more intelligent consciousness and an infinite source of energy.
Since every person is unique, I use my tools (sound, touch, coaching) individually in the sessions in order to achieve the best possible results together.
Everyone has access to the source of life.
Sometimes, however, you need a little support so that it can flow better.
